Avalanche Wear® was founded in 1987 and has earned an enviable reputation in the market of performance outerwear. Since our humble beginnings, Avalanche has been a privately owned company with a team consisting mainly of friends and family. We are proud to have this quality, and we feel the closeness of our staff creates warmth which permeates throughout our line.

Our customers consist of those who prefer fashion sportswear and we feel our products bring comfort to their active lifestyle. The fabrics we use are of the highest quality, coming only from the best mills in the industry, including Polartec® by Malden Mills®.

There are three locations from which we produce our quality garments. Most of our manufacturing is done here in our New England facility, the rest is split between facilities in Toronto and Shanghai.

Here at Avalanche we feel our garments can hold their own when compared to higher priced brands. So try us out, compare our product to those which cost double, we use the same material, we just don't charge as much.
